Assign system forward onditions for badges

System Forward Default ConditionsIE. When a user is not on-line to have the call forward to the desk extension rather than to leave a message.

Have a Record a Memo Feature

A user apporached me with a suggestion to have the ability to leave a memo for themselves. Currently we advise to just "record a message". It would say something like "record memo" then genie will prompt to record.

Vibrate Smartphone upon receiving a text message

Currently the Smartphone only plays a 'clunk' sound, same behavior as the badge. However, it would be nice to have it vibrate when receiving a text message like it does when getting a call.
