Update colour code for acknowledged

On the V5000 badge, acknowledged calls are lumped in with call history making it difficult to easily find the calls the user answered and are responsible for. If acknowledged calls could be colour coded something different like green.

Badge Attachment

It would be great to have a retracable badge holder (attachment) for the badges as it would be helpful for our Teletracking users here. As currently they constantly have to take the badge off to read the screen and navigate the menus.Thanks :)

Allow or provide more alert tone options or custom alert options for V5000

This would allow alerts tones to be customized for specific type alerts being received by the device. It would also allow alerts to be differentiated as to level of response required, ie emergency vs informational.
