Staff Template Displayed Information Window Should Show All Text at Once

Displayed Information window/field when using Staff Templates should either auto enlarge to fit all the text into one window to decrease scrolling or allow a drag and enlarge option in the corner similar to option present while creating a template.

Busy vs. Available Option

Users would like the action of Busy to deny calls, alerts, and alarms. Escalation path for alerts and alarms should bypass users care role if they are in a busy status.
