User Deactivation

Have an option to deactivate or have a user account non-callable. Useful for creating accounts prior to training as well as when a user goes out on leave. There is the option for groups, why not indiviual user accounts.

The "Leave" option in Messages is misleading and not entirely accurate. Request to change the word "Leave" to "Archive" to accurately describe the action.
