Change A User's Home Department

Right now, the only way to change a user's home site is to change it through the Admin account. It would be useful to our users that, when they log into the web, they could have a quick and easy way to update their home department.

For Roles that have escalations - can there be a way for the genie to announce to the caller that the call is being forwarded and to where (i.e., another role or to an extension)
