Test Mail server option on the Vocera Server

There is a nice button in the Vocera Report Serer admin console under Administration>mail info>test mail server. It would be nice to have that for the vocera server as well. More smtp/imap logging is also welcome. Implemented in 4.3 SP2.

VMI Text Messaging Report (Pager/Paging report)

A report that would show who/when pages were sent from Vocera and when the call backs were received.Under 4.0, it is extremely time consuming to even try to find this information, let alone make a legible report.
