Edge extension forwarding to mobile - remove the error part of recording

The first part of "Unable to connect your call - please wait while we forward your call" is deceiving. Users will hang up before the "please wait while we forward your call"

Option to limit number of role members

Ability to set an upper limit on how many people in a role can join a group. For example: if Person A joins a group and the Person B joins the same group then Person A will be logged out or removed from the group.

Bulk management of Favorites via Enterprise Manager

It would be nice to be able to manage Favorites globally and for individual users via Enterprise Manager. A bulk import or export CSV would be very helpful in managing this, vs. database updates which only certain individuals should be doing.

Make disabled users a different color or don't display them unless a toggle is switched

It is currently not possible to know if the account is disabled or enabled form the "All users" screen

Add a keyboard shortcut (S) to save the user profile/ group

Adding a keyboard shortcut(S) to save the profile would be a great help since the Save button is located all the way in the top right corner of the screen.

Reports for Address Book Summaries. Detailed and Summary of Calls

I would like to see the ability for Address Book call report like there was in the Vocera Report Server. Where the filter would be able to select detailed or just call summary to see who and when calls are made to this Address Book entry.
