Notification to users not logged in, but wearing an active badge

Would like an audible alarm or enunciated Genie notification or the ability to push out a message to a badge where the user has put a battery in the badge, but has not logged in after 10-15 minutes.

Vibrate Smartphone upon receiving a text message

Currently the Smartphone only plays a 'clunk' sound, same behavior as the badge. However, it would be nice to have it vibrate when receiving a text message like it does when getting a call.
