Staff assignment utilizes "use phone for console calls" in order to utilize a desk phone. If this ability was available in Web Console, this would be beneficial. Many of our physicians utilize web console in order to call individuals/groups, but don't have a device. So in order to call them, they have to call the genie number in order to do this. If they had the ability to "use phone for console calls", it gives them the ability to use a desk phone for this.
