Dr. Prefix checkbox addition to address book entry

It would be nice to have the Dr. Prefix checkbox in the address book entry so that we don't need to use an alternate spoken name for a physician.

      I agree with this request. Please add Dr. Prefix checkbox to the Vocera Contacts entry form.
