In addition to opening user profiles from the Users tab in the Admin console, it would be very useful to be able to open a user's profile directly from the Status Monitor, (eg. double-click on a name and have that person's user profile open). There are times when I see a name in the Status Monitor and want to check out something in that user's profile.  Being able to open the profile from the Status Monitor rather than having to go to the Users tab, search for the name again and then open the user profile would be quite helpful.  Also, when closing a user profile screen opened from the Status Monitor, have the focus return to the name in Status Monitor.
