Create a button to the documentation section in the Vocera admin console to select an offline version of the documentation
Per Vocera sever 5.3.1 release note "If your Voice Server is behind a firewall that prevents it from accessing the Internet, you may optionally download a Doc Pack that will install the documentation on your Voice Server machine. Contact Customer Support for access to the Doc Pack; After installation, you will need to restart Tomcat."
I would like to propose keeping an offline version of the documentation on the server and adding a button on the documentation page of the web console to select an offline version of the documentation to address this issue.
This will eliminate the need for customers to open cases with support to fix this issue.
This idea applies to any server that has a web console such as VRS.
