We are only allowed a certain number of logins at any given time. Users have forgotten to logout after their shift and are still logged into the device. Administrators should be able to click on the user in question and log the user out. Our facility has exceeded the number of login users, then some of the current staff were not able to login. When this happens, only the administrators know who is currently logged in and should be able to log them out by using the click of a button.
We enabled a logout timer, ie off network for 2hrs, to auto log out. This solved our issue of staff who remove a battery but do not log out, or those who leave the facility with their badge and are gone for over 2 hrs. The system automatically logs those users out and frees up licenses.
