Restore functionality of carriage return in admin console

Upgrading from 5.2.3 to 5.6HF1 has removed the ability to enter a carriage return/line feed in the admin console, devices, notes field. We would like this functionality restored to the product. Case 380441 for reference.

    Thanks for following up!

    The clarification was internal review but since that has been set a bug was created. I will look at adjusting the status values to avoid this sort of confusion in the future.
