Warranty Lookup tool should be available to all customers, even those without login access to the Support Portal, as this would allow them to better manage their own inventory without relying on their administrator.
This is even more relevant now that Vocera has stopped the practice of having key characters within the battery serial numbers to identify the year/month of a batteries warranty start date.
Customers should have the means to manage their own inventory of both badges and accessories, without needing to engage their administrator.
