To assist with troubleshooting, it would be nice to be able to mimic, or view as another user. For example if a user is saying that when they log into the web console they don't see something that they should be seeing, this would help. Another use case would be when creating new templated messages, being able to view as the actual end user to take accurate screenshots for training etc.
