There is a limit of 50 users that an individual can "View sent by - Text Messages" or "View received by - Text Messages".

Unless there is a good reason for this limit, it should be greatly increased or eliminated.

Our Emergency Department Clinical Secretary initiates a template from the VCS Web Console, there is a great potential that any of a high number of individuals will need to follow up on the responses.  Whether a shift change, break or hand off to a different department, this functionality is limited by the 50 user restriction.

EVEN BETTER would be grant groups/departments MONITOR access to specific templates.
