Reduce the number of clicks to send a text message
Franciscan is requesting to reduce the number of clicks to send a text message. It takes too long.
Acceptance criteria wold be to remove the selection of the recipient before the compose text screen opens. The user could then select the recipients from the "To:" filed on the compose screen.
