Prevent Recording a Message for a Group
We've had an issue before with delayed delivery of voice messages (not so much now because we've purchased more speech ports and we've educated staff, although from time to time, we still catch staff recording a message for the entire department).
Can we prevent this from happening? Can we set a "do not leave a message" tag for a certain group so no one can leave a message for all members to get when it is only intended for staff who are on shift?
