First proposed by URMC, when no caregiver is assigned to a carerole, there should be a way to automatically forward the call to another number without first reading the "This device is not in service" or any other notification messages.
When no one is assigned, the fall back number will be used. Is this a request on top of that fallback number? or how would this be different?
