Would like to leverage Vocera Edge application using AXL service to add the person title/role/department in Caller ID without it being manually updated in CUCM (Call Manager). Ideally it would be preferred that all configuration is done from the Vocera Edge application and not from the Call Manager.
The feedback from Nursing unit was that they don't know who is calling them and it would be nice to know the title of the person as of today only the name is display in Caller ID but not the title, role or the department.
