Edge - SnapComms Integration

An integration is needed to automate the broadcast of messages to all users on the Edge app during system-wide outages. While SnapComms targets computers, not all staff have access to one while working on-site. This would enhance communication by ensuring mobile staff roaming the hospital, receive important updates. Once a SnapComms message is sent to computers, it would simultaneously be delivered to iPhones.

      got confirmation from the client :
      The alert message will be initiated from Everbridge/SnapComms and will flow to Edge users.

      I think yes alert would initiate from Everbridge , I will confirm that with the client .
      Client did recently share the Integration overview for SnapComms which might help :

      Hi Bhargav, Can you please confirm the source of the alert would be initiated in Everbridge and would then flow to Edge/Badge users?
