Edge Analytics – Nursing Units Alert Read Report Sync Issue
For the Alert Read Report in the Analytics page, the Nursing Units list is not fully retrieved from the Enterprise Manager for the Duke Health client.
The request is to ensure that the Nursing Unit entries in the Alert Read Time Report are properly synced with the Enterprise Manager for all DUH, DRAH, and DRH facilities.
