QGenda Integration with On-Call Preferences

On-Call is being sent from Qgenda to Vocera Edge but on-call preferences are not. Physicians are being called when they prefer to be paged. There needs to be an integration between Qgenda on-call preferences and Vocera Contact Preferences (coming in release 10).
