Currently, normal text messages and a normal nurse call alert/alarm notification has the same tone and there is no way to differentiate between the two. Would like the ability to have different tones for alerts vs text messages so clinicians know that they need to prioritize on alerts versus a text message.
Agree that there should be different tone options for text messages than nurse call/monitoring alarm notifications. It would be nice if the "normal", "high", "urgent" tones for messages could be set completely different than the alert/alarm notifications, not just the "normal" priorities.
