We heavily use templates for the lab and transfer center. It would be very helpful to have some questions in the template have a drop down with pre-created options so that the user can quickly pick the answer/option for that question. It saves having to type in an answer, and helps to standardize responses to specific questions. Somes times even a Yes or No answer to pick from.
