Mercyhealth using InTune MDM has MAC spoofing that is preventing Voice and VMP from reliably providing MAC information. Customer is asking for data parity between their MDM and Vocera device databases by having VCS send a static Serial number. It currently does not work due to the MAC spoofing that is in place on the device. This will speed up and lessen the number of portals needed to find device information for tracking, updated, and general customer support work flows.
