Support requests are entered for new hire/terms that are sent to our Security Group and unfortunately, the Vocera Admins are not aware of the personnel changes. It would be very useful if VS could integrate with AD to create/remove users similar to the AD integration with VMP - the new users could be added to vocera admin console under a new site, for example "AD import" with the required fields (First, Last, Login, email....)
The Security Group could add or remove users in a user/security group in AD - then autosync occurs with the voice server - adding or removing users. On a routine basis admins can monitor the AD import site and move users to the appropriate site/group.
