Audit assignments from Voice and Engage

When assignments are made in Staff Assignments, we need to be able to have a trail of work done all the way into Engage. Sometimes some assignments just don't "sync" out of the blue. And coincidentally there are not enough logs to investigate any of it.

We want the ability to see that a user was assigned to a room, and that Voice sent the assignment information over to Engage. Subsequently we'd like to see an output of what exactly it is that Engage did with it. Did it just ignore it? Did it not receive anything?

This would help both support and operations folks in explaining the events to your customers.
