It would be great to have the ability to set a time of day control on certain groups. For an example, our Helpdesk has a time of day control through Callpilot (our voicemail system) that aides in the menus service options when they are open and closed. When people call the group Helpdesk, it would be great to have the ability to add another extension for the forwarding when unanswered when they are closed.
