Updating Devices in the Admin Console
I would like to see the Update Devices option allow importing by Serial Number & not by MAC address on the B2000's since the B2000's do not have the MAC address on them as the older B1000's & the Smartphones.
The device-template.xls spreadsheet indicates the MAC address is essential for this spreadsheet but with B2000's badges the barcode serial number is on the badge & the shipping box. Having to look up the MAC address in the Admin Console after they have been detected by the system &/or exporting them from the Admin Console to a spreadsheet and then manipulate the spreadsheet to update new devices is more time intensive.
