Lock on-call screen for users with view only" access in VMP"

Currently if a user who is set up as "view only" on VMP, they are able to click on the Alert tab and then click on the On-call button. From there, they are able to view who is on-call for a particular group. From that screen, is there a way to lock it so that view only users cannot change someone's on-call status?
