Time limit on Alerts for Android devices
The time in which the sound on the Android devices is indefinite. I have attempted to edit the MP3 on the Vocera Admin but this has no affect. What can we do? Are there any options.
Also, there is no way to silence the alert without having to go into the phone and click on vocera. On Iphone you can just click on a volume button to silence.
The ability to adjust the ringtone lengths has existed for several versions of VMP and VCS. Android OS' control whether the device must be awake to use the volume up/down to silence.
