License Expiration Noitification (Pop up window)

I am submitting this idea request on behalf of Community Health Network Indianapolis, IN

Community would like to see a GUI pop up window displayed whenever a user logs into the Admin console of the Vocera server informing them of license expiration 5 days before a license expires and reoccurs every day after until a new license key is entered


This would provide another mechanism of communication so that complete server shutdown is avoided.
