Ability to set audio reminders by time/date/or interval

The ability for users to give the commands:
Set a reminder for [ 12:15pm, 30 minutes, tomorrow, 3pm August 29th]
- - Okay I'm setting a reminder for ...... - after the tone record the reminder.
Set an interval reminder for 20 minutes
- - okay I will play an alarm tone every 20 minutes
Set a timer for 10 minutes
- - okay I will notify you when ten minutes has passed.
