It would be very benificial if we could call a template from the API information provided. We have a couple cases where a shortcut on a desktop could make a quick way to send a code blue or a code violet (violent patient) to security in just a couple clicks. I would ike to be able to update the template on my server instead of distributing more icons however. That is why the template would be very powerful.
