As an end user and customer advocate, I would like to suggest that we build feature awareness training into the Smartbadge.
The use case for this is when an organization upgrades and users log in for the first time, with this feature the user would see or receive a notification that will help them learn about the new feature that is now available.
Depending upon the new feature, the training notice could provide a way to walk them through how to implement it, show a video, or action that prompts them to test it out.
Ultimately, this should help increase new feature adoption, make time to adoption short for that feature, and support overall product adoption. It would also reduce the amount of time a system administrator or other staff may have to spend training the feature to Smartbadge users.
