Panic function feedback to initiator

I have a customer who is very interested in our panic functionality for staff safety.  They have a violence task force that has been formed to address staff assaults. One piece of feedback that was given is that they wish that the user that “initiates” a panic call be given some type of discrete feedback that help is on the way.  For example someone on the security team acknowledges that they are on the way and the badge of the person under duress vibrates
