Is there is a report (or if one needs to be created) to Identify the login and logout times over a specified interval for all of the badges in a given department?
The users have requested this report to identify and replace problem badges pro-actively.
The concern is that users may take a badge from a shared pool, briefly login, return it to the pool if it has a problem, and take a different badge without reporting the problem.
Over time this can leave a number of problem badges in the pool causing lost productivity and user dissatisfaction.
