there has got to be some way that the server can collect data, and the report server can report on data that could help PRO-Actively identify wireless issues. I won't list specific ideas. Since I found nothing like this on the Ideas list, I will keep this high-level for now and can provide detailed suggestions on what technical wireless metrics could proivde insight pro-actively on the health of the wireless network in the environment where the badges operate. (e.g. Searching for Access Point, etc.)
