Inactive Groups report should take messaging into account

Currently, "Inactive groups" report only only consider received calls as activity. The report does not consider message alerts to groups as an activity and thus consider them inactive.

All calls and messages to a group 
should be taken into account, including VMI, VMP, email messages. 

Now that integrations and VMP are more common, "Inactive Groups" report should be updated as well.
