Allow Scheduled reports to have CSV as one of the formats
Currently, Scheduled reports only allows PDF and RTS as allowed formats.
Allowing CSV as one of the format is very useful to view the data in excel.
CSV is an allowed format when running the report manually, why can't it be in scheduled report too?
