We currently use the call volume trending reports to understand how much activity is on our system and keep an eye on system utilization. This allows us to plan, but also helps represent some of the value our health system is getting from Vocera. One piece that is missing is representing the significant number of integrations we have and the amount of messages our users are handling through Vocera. We would like to have a report show the volume of VMI traffic that our system is handling similar to the call volume trending reports.
