I found that Analytics does NOT count login/log outs as actionable activities. It will only show activities that are related to making or receiving calls. Basically, if a user logs in at the beginning of their shift, doesn't use their badge all shift, then logs out to go home, it will not show any activity for them in this report.
When reports go to managers, this is an inaccurate picture, as it looks like staff did not have their Vocera on that day/shift.
Please include login and logout details in the user activity data.
