Report to identify who was in a group at during a specified time range

It would be very beneficial to be able to run a report that can identify who was in a particular group for a specified time range. Voice Server logs do not identify the selection process or outline who it attempted to direct a group call to, so it is extremely difficult to determine why and how a call was handled at a given time.

A report that provides information in who was in a group during a specified time range, and what their availability was would greatly help in explaining why happened and why. A particular use case for this is being a go-to for understanding why someone may not have received an alert via nursecall integration when they were expecting to.
