Have the ability for Sys Admins and Clinical Teams to see the entire life cycle of an Alert/alarm. This includes:
Date/Time Vocera received the alert
Build in delay
Priority - Normal, High, Urgent
Group it went to - with time
Individual within group that it was sent to and their status with time
Person who responded with time
Escalation to group/individual with times and wait time prior to escalation or reason for escalation (no one available and timeout or declined and timeout)
if canceled either by sending system or human, noted and time
