In User Activity in VRS, it shows the group that was called before the call went to a phone and/or a user in the group. In User Activity Details in Analytics we show that a user called a Group but it doesn't say what group. The only entry that shows is the user or phone of the group that the call ended up going to. User want the addition of the Group name that was called. Below screenshot is of the current User Detail Activity which shows 'Call Group' and then shows the user and number that the call ultimately got to.
