Users would like to be able to hide messages in bulk. Currently, they can only hide one message at a time. In this case, users are using the Zebra MC40 instead of the Vocera Badge. While you an issue a command on the Badge to Delete Old Text Messages, and then select all, you don't have that feature in VCS.
