Change Collaboration Suite members in conversation
We would like a way to accomodate the following workflow in Collaboration Suite from a phone or web browser.
A message is sent from Collaboration Suite or Vocera Secure Texting from person A to person B. After reading the message in Collaboration Suite, person B wants to dispatch person C to complete a task related to the thread, except person A for patient confidentiality reasons does not need to be part of the thread any longer. We would like person B to have a way to easily take the entire thread. send it to person C for that private conversation allowing person C to read the history and have a conversation with person B without involving or updating person A in the conversation.

This is a great idea and there are several possible ways to achieve this experience including the ability to remove unneeded users from the conversation or forwarding specific conversations to a new thread. This is not on the roadmap for VCS but is something we are exploring as a potential enhancement to future apps.
This could also come into play for a 'Coverage' type of feature also being explored for future apps which could allow for an even more seamless experience.
