While working off-site our users have their calls forwarded to their mobile phones which works well. However, at the end of their shift they have to ask the genie to turn this off.
Would it be possible to have an option to only forward calls while the app is open and off site?
Then when they close the app on their phone the forwarding is disbaled as they are now off line and logged out.
A change was made in VCS 3.6 to allow the user to set the DND for Voice and Messages when off campus. When this is set for voice and the user is off campus, it will pause the forwarding. So calls would no longer be forwarded to the mobile phone if that is the forwarding target.
